Four Seasons is bringing a resort and private residences to Madinaty, in New Cairo, with Talaat Moustafa Group: a hotel of 346 rooms and suites and 187 private residences, 107 villas and 80 apartments, set on 185 hectares of parkland around a lake. Pierre-Yves Rochon is the designer. Four Seasons anticipated the opening in 2027 when it announced the project.
