Khufu’s is on the Giza Plateau, by the Great Pyramids, inside the archaeological grounds. Its cooking is contemporary Egyptian, built on seasonal ingredients and, in its own words, drawing from heritage without excess; the chef is Mostafa Seif. Dinner is served at Khufu’s Bistro, which takes its own reservations. Allow extra time for the plateau’s entry procedures.
